We supply Oil Purifiers which are also well known as Marine Oil Separator & Centrifugal Separator and its a very helpful machine to Purify, Clarify and Separate the oil.
Complete units which we recover through our technical engineer from the recycling yard are sent to our workshop for complete overhaul services.
At time of overhauling of Oil Purifier & its attach Motor the following works are carried out:
- Dismantling of the purifiers & outer body sandblasted.
- Complete overhaul of gear / belt driven separators.
- Check on bowl assembly.
- Check on vertical shaft assembly.
- Check on horizontal shaft assembly.
- check, repair, replace components of all packing, O-ring, bearing, oil seal, pump bush, oil gage, temp meter, feed pump.
- Cleaning of all the dismantled parts.
- Motor bearings are changed & motor free trial is taken.
- Purifier free sea trails and checking of smooth operation have been tested.
- Outer body is re-painted and is supplied with instruction manuals & tools.
