During overhauling services the following works are carried out :

  •  Dismantling of the turbocharger.
  •  Cleaning of all the dismantled parts.
  • Sandblasting of outer body and casing
  •  Ultrasonic testing of the gas inlet casing and gas outlet casing.
  • A die check of cracks in the nozzle ring and compressor wheel.
  •  Rotor glass beat blasting and dynamic if clients demand to change bearing we change it.
  •  Assembly of the turbocharger components, replacement of all the necessary parts of the overhauling kit.
  • Re-fitting, and spray paint of the outer body.
  • Following the completion of all tasks, reports are provided according to the performed tasks (Overhauling report, Dynamic balancing report, Ultrasonic test report, Die checking report, Vibration analysis report).
